We started because we couldn't find what we were looking for.
So we built it.
Chi siamo
Salty & Co began on a terrace in Positano in 2019. Three people, a bottle of wine, and a shared frustration: every surf club was a school, every yoga retreat was a spa, and every skate scene was a competition. None of it was for us.
We wanted a place where the water, the board, and the mat existed on equal terms. Where the people were serious about all three. Where the Mediterranean was the backdrop, not the branding.
Salty & Co is that place. It's a club, not a brand. A community, not a platform. Membership is small by design. We intend to keep it that way.

Craft over content
We don't document. We do.

The Mediterranean is not a backdrop. It's the reason.

Small is intentional. We will not grow for growth's sake.
